Paula Patton, an American actor and producer, is recognized for her performances as the lead character in Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol (an action spy thriller) and Precious (a dramatic). Her birthplace was in an upper middle-class family living in Los Angeles and had big hopes for the future. She was raised by a mom who loved watching films. Paula loved participating in school co-curricular activities, and was particularly fond of drama. She played with her classmates as well as participated in school productions. Hamilton Magnet Arts High School staged a variety of plays, and the actress decided that acting was her chosen career. The summer was a blast at the University of Southern California. The program gave her a three month assignment to make documentary films for PBS. When she finished the three-month assignment successfully the first task was working in the production department for documentaries on television. Following the completion of her project, she started producing documentary films. Even though she loved working in the field, she was aspired to become an actress. The path to acting began when she had minor roles with Will Smith in the romantic comedy Hitch. In the years since, she's played in numerous popular films and television programs.
